KAEM 2023 ENTRY FEE:  ZAR 33,900

PAYMENT OPTIONS & SCHEDULE
Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of ZAR 2,500 is due.
The rest of payment can be made through one of the following options:

1. EFT Payments in additional instalments:
   By 01 May 2023:  ZAR 4,500
   By 15 August 2023: ZAR 26,900
2. Monthly Debit Order (for participants with a South African bank account).
   The non-refundable deposit will form part of the first instalment and the rest of payment is divided into monthly instalments up to the last payment that has to be made by 15 August 2023.

TRANSFER: UPINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / AUGRABIES FALLS RETURN (optional): ZAR 760.00; ONE-WAY (optional): ZAR 380.00

In case the Transfer Option is chosen, the ZAR 760 or R380.00 is to be added to the entry fee and payable by 15 August 2023.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The Participants’ Package Price is fully inclusive of all the items listed.
2. All accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis; single accommodation is available on request.
3. Prices include medical team backup throughout the event, crew back-up, KAEM T-shirt, trophy and photographs.
4. The event is priced in South African Rand (ZAR), and payable in South African Rands.
5. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
6. Once your entry fee is received, an invoice will be emailed to you with the total payment due, payment schedule and banking details.

Should you withdraw during the event, accommodation will be reserved on your behalf if needed, and ALL costs incurred (accommodation, meals, etc) will be at your own expense.
